We currently only offer one delivery option. In some cases, a third party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

Once an order has been placed, please allow time for processing and packing your order. Your order takes 3 working days to be processed before it is shipped.

ONCE PROCESSED, HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Shipping can take 2-3 working days to main cities and 3-5 working days to outlying areas. We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated

DO WE DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping at this time but we are working on it.  

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed due to delayed processing, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Please note that once an item has been dispatched and you have received tracking details, AMBARA is no longer liable for an item. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure someone is home to accept delivery/contact the relevant courier service should changes need to be made. Please contact the courier companies directly, with your tracking numbers emailed to you, as they will be able to give you a better idea of when to expect your parcel.
