Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ambarashirts@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning an item. We suggest using Aramex or Courier Guy. 

Please note: once you have submitted a request for an exchange you have 48 hours to return the item/ respond to AMBARA 

Exchanges are final. Meaning once you have requested an exchange it may not be interchanged with a refund. Once we have received the t-shirt(s) and are happy with the condition it is in then we will send you tracking details for the new t-shirt(s).

Refunds

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the amount of the item purchased (excl shipping fee) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Damages and issues

We check all t-shirts before sending them to our customers. We ask you to please do the same. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. T-Shirts purchased during a Flash Sale that were originally on sale are not eligible for an exchange or return. Purchase is final. 

 POP-UPS/MARKETS 

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after purchasing your item from us to request an exchange. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the item to us. The item needs to be in its original packaging and proof of receipt needs to be emailed to us at ambaratshirts@gmail.com

GIVEAWAYS

Prizes and gift cards won through Instagram and Facebook giveaways are not redeemable for cash. Choice of an item is final and can't be exchanged or returned. Terms and conditions apply to giveaway prizes. AMBARA has the right to exclude certain products from giveaways (especially when limited stock is involved).
